Generation of Polarization-Entangled Photon Pair using Waveguide TypeII Quasi-Phase Matched Nonlinear Optic Device

(in English) Quantum correlated twin photons are expected to play an important role in the field of quantum communication and quantum information. In this work, we designed, fabricated and tested a waveguide TypeII quasi-phase-matched cross-polarized twin photon generation device. We tried to generate polarization-entangled photon pair using this device, and demonstrated generation of polarization-entangled state by quantum interference experiment.
