Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Abstract: Noninvasive, non-disturbing urodynamics study still has many unsolved burdens since urinal accumulation and voiding process is very sensitive for disturbances in variety of sense. Here in this study an intra-bladder encapsulated pressure sensor telemeter transmitter is designed and prototyped for in-vitro and in-vivo feasibility study. A pressure sensitive variable inductor, together with oscillator circuit and battery, is encapsulated in 6mm diameter container (passable through external urethra), while extra-corporeal search coil and narrow-band heterodyne receiver tracks its oscillatory signal for precise frequency or phase trajectory measurement, to make pressure trend measurement. In an in-vivo test using adult rabbit, the system successfully measured the process of urination reflex followed by natural voiding, for many times during hours of observation time.
