Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Cognitive radio MIMO Mesh-Network (CMN) can coexist with existing network by dynamic allocation
and management of resources, e.g., time, space, frequency and power. Moreover, CMN has a capability to realize
flexible and at low cost. Therefore CMN has been paid much attention recently. In this report we focus on a signal
detection technique which is one of the important issues in Cognitive radio especially we discuss about energy based signal detection. We propose a Neyman-Pearson theorem based collaborative signal detection where multi nodes collaborate to achieve higher performance. Then we compare the proposed method with two methods; the 1st is “Neyman-Pearson theorem based non-collaborative energy detection” and 2nd is “collaborative energy detection without Neyman-Pearson theorem”. By computer simulations and analysis, the proposed method outperforms the
2 methods in terms of signal detection performance.
