The dynamics of Boolean network, which is a typical model of genetic regulatory networks is studied in detail. We examine what kind of input gene state determines the dynamics of the network, and discuss the general dynamics of Boolean network under some conditions based on one-dimensional mapping which shows the total genes state in large-scale networks. |
