| (in English) | We propose the highly reliable T-MPLS system in order to realize the end-to-end protection including an access line, which realizes NGN. ITU-T recommended “Architecture of Transport MPLS(T-MPLS) Layer Network” in November, 2006. T-MPLS is a suitable protocol in order to configure a point-to-point connection oriented path over which not only IP but also other protocol is available. Because ITU-T also standardized the OAM (Operations, Administration and Maintenance) and APS (Automatic Protection Switching) mechanism on T-MPLS, it is possible to construct a high-confidence packet-switched network comparable to a leased line using T-MPLS. In this paper, we focus on the problems to implement the path protection, especially in the provider edge, and propose those solutions. | |
