Special facilities such as shield wall surfaces for exclusive use of the measurement installed a sample are necessary to realize the electromagnetic wave shield measurement based on MIL-STD285 in a laboratory. In this study, I used an electric wave darkroom and realized the measurement of electromagnetic shielding material in distant place world by extracting only the electromagnetic wave which transmitted in shield materials by time gate processing. In addition, I was able to reduce influence such as jig inside reflection, circumference including everything by a polarized wave by examining a measurement condition. As a result, I developed the device which could measure the electromagnetic shielding material which there was a cover rate of 70dB degree at 1-6GHz, and ability for electromagnetic wave cover of 50dB developed the electromagnetic shielding material which there was |
