| (in English) | We have developed a polarization imaging camera using a segmented polarizer, each segment corresponding to a pixel of a CCD and having a different polarization direction. Brightness and polarization information can be obtained from the camera. In this paper, we explain the procedure for obtaining the information and show some examples of polarization images, and further procedures for the purpose of recognition of object shapes and reduction of specular reflection. | |
