A Transmission and Receiving System Using an One-chip Microcomputer for Short Range Communication
Shuhei Sonoda, Hiroyuki Arai (Yokohama National Univ.) AP2006-89
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The short range communication systems often require low-power consumption performance and low cost rather than high speed data transmission systems. This report proposes a low-power radio communication device using an one-chip microcomputer for short range transmission and receiving system providing low cost and low-power consumption. In the transmitter, pulses for carrier wave are generated by an one-chip microcomputer, and filtered and radiated by an antenna. In the receiver, receivng wave are detected by a radio IC and processed digitally by the one-chip microcomputer. The proposed transmitter and receiver are demonstrated, and its performance is evaluated by experiment.
