The pico-cell system is consisted of many simplified basestaions (BS) and its advantage is that BS can be located freely to cover the signal blind area. On the other hand, this flexibility leads the significant frequency channel interference and the system performance goes down dramatically.
In this paper, a new novel algorithm which allocates the frequency channel to each BS to avoid the interference. Our proposal is performed by the Central Manager (CM) and utilizes the Graph Coloring Theory. |
