Implementation of End-to-End Delay Stabilization Mechanism using QoS Control Switch

(in English) Today's Internet actually provides only a Best-Effort service, so it is difficult to realize QoS (Quality of Service) guarantees for each traffic flow. To realize strict QoS per flow, we have proposed a buffer management scheme in the IP router, and confirmed its effectiveness. Also, to stabilize End-to-End QoS at a maximum, we have proposed the method of mutual cooperation between IP routers equipped with above-mentioned buffer management scheme by using one of the signaling protocols. In this paper, we implement proposal method and confirm the efficiency of End-to-End delay stabilization mechanism by implemental evaluation.
