Detection of Faulty of Ground Wire Using Aerial Video -- Detection of Faulty of Anti-snow Wrapping Wire --

(in English) We have developed a detection system for cables damaged by lightning stroke using videos obtained from an aerial inspection of transmission lines. In our system, there is no consideration of anti-snow wrapping wires. These days, many snow wrapping wires are installed. Thus, the system has to be able to deal with them. That is why we improve the system that is able to deal with them. Detection performance of faulty cables of the new system is 25% higher than the performance of the old one.
