On software reliability modeling with complexity of path searching

(in English) In this paper, we discuss software reliability modeling framework based on infinite server queueing theory, which takes into consideration the difference of path searching-time caused by the complexity of path searching. Then, we develop specific software reliability models based on the modeling framework. Our modeling framework can be regarded as unified or generalized approach for software reliability models since our modeing framework is developed by describing the fault-detection phenomenon in the testing-phase generally based on the infinite server queueing theory. Additionally, we discuss parameter estimation of our model, and derive software reliability function which is one of the useful metrics for quantitative software reliability assessment. And, we also discuss the application method of our models to actual project of software development. Finally, numerical illustrations of our models are given by using actual fault counting-data.
