Ground system is indispensable for satellite operations. Nowadays, a great number of satellites increasingly install automatic function, but those automated systems are not able to respond to all events happening in space. Therefore, ground system is still necessary for satellite operations. In this article, we discuss the ground system which was established to ensure smooth operations of the Optical Inter-orbit Communications Engineering Test Satellite (OICETS). |
