Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We experimentally and theoretically investigated the temperature increase characteristics in bent hole-assisted fiber under high power. We observed for the first time the reduction of the temperature increase due to the leaked power diffusion which was provided by the longitudinal confinement effect of the air holes.
