Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Broadband communication network services have come into wide use recently. It also accelerates popularization of high quality video streaming services. This paper describes an experimental video transmission system, in which our proposed streaming path control method makes programs flow between broadcasting stations suitable. MPEG-4 Studio Profile coding schemes are already known as one of coding schemes that realize high picture quality for TV program production. Our experimental system enables us to produce TV programs with compositions of more various resources. More regional and personal broadcasting services can be also realized.
