Analysis of Radial Basis ART network and its application to measurement of basic characteristics of input data

(in English) We consider Adaptive Resonance Theory (ART) network whose categories are described by radial basis. The network is able to approximate a data set on a feature space by a set of categories. In this paper, we consider some basic characteristics of the network. Then we consider application of the network to measurement of area of a figure. Also we consider application of the network to measurement of distribution characteristics of input data.
