Array Antenna Connecting Multiple Loop Antennas with Detour Elements

(in English) In this report, the tilt-beam antenna composed of a number of loop elements, two detour elements, and a plate reflector is proposed. The proposed antenna has the planar structure and the main beam tilted to the horizontal direction. The directivity of the proposed antenna composed of three loop elements is improved 3 dB compared to that of one element. We also present the slot structure of the proposed antenna, which can be fed by the microstrip line, and we show that the tilt-beam property is obtained by the measured result.
