Stability Criterion Method for Iterative Approximation Algorithm

(in English) In designing IIR filter by using iterative approximation algorithm, we ensure the stability of the filter. Rouche's theorem and positive realness are used in order to guarantee stability in the conventionaly method. Convex stability domain by positive realness seems larger than that by Rouche's theorem. However the convex stability domain by positive realness is dependent on polynomial cofficients. In this paper, we propose a method which stability domain is independent of polynomial cofficients. In this method, polynomial with update cofficieents is positive realness if it is stable. As a result, the proposed method criterion more often gives better results than the positive realness criterion. Finally the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by examples.
