As a correspondence technique to the image quality degradation in a high-quality MPEG2 video streaming, error correction by Forward Error Correction(FEC) is enumerated. However, The limit of logical error correction exists in FEC, and error correction becomes impossible according to the state of the network. Moreover, In MPEG2, The packet that is contained the PES header in losing the disadvantage, big deterioration is caused in the image quality. In this research, In emphatically protecting the PES header by newly using FEC for the MPEG2 dynamic scene data, the technique for not ruining the effect of error correction is examined. |
