(in English) The authors have developed diamond emitter devices for large current. In order to achieve that, it is important to fabricate uniform emitter tip and devices. Uniform devise have been fabricated using uniform SiON or SiO2 mask and other improvements. In this report, the authors report on uniform fabrication of emitter devices and their electron emission properties.
