(in English) Microwave and Millimeter wave oscillator have a couple of problems in making the high frequency oscillation, low phase noise and the cost reduction. The Push-Push principle is practically effective for solving these problems. In this report, the fourth harmonic Push-Push Oscillator using half wavelength line resonator is proposed. As the result of the experiment, the output power of -10.87dBm is obtained at the fourth harmonic frequency of 30.45GHz. The measured phase noise is -97.0dBc/Hz at 1MHz offset frequency. The output power suppression of the fundamental frequency signal, the second harmonic signal, the third harmonic signal are -7.73dBc, -15.8dBc and -24.63dBc, respectively.
