頭部X線撮影のためのポジショニング技術

X線撮影では診断に有用な写真を得るために正確なポジショニング技術の習得が必要とされる．診療放射線技師は被検者の負担軽減や被曝低減のために，被検者の体位を正確にかつ迅速に整位（ポジショニング）できなければならない．
本研究ではポジショニング技術習得のために画像解析を用いた教材の開発をこころみた．人体模型（ファントム）の体位の角度をパラメータとして変化させて，それぞれ撮影したX線写真より検査部位を検出し，周囲長，面積の計測を行った．ファントムの体位とその体位におけるＸ線写真の画像データベースを構築した．このデータベースを利用し，教材として種々の体位のX線写真表示することで，学生が基礎的な解剖学を理解することに役立つと考えられる．またポジショニング技術の練習に役立つと期待される． |

Radiography requires accurate positioning techniques to obtain a useful image for diagnosis. In order to reduce a burden of patients and the radiation dose, the radiological technologist should carry out the positioning quickly.
In this study, we have developed a teaching material using image analysis to learn the skill of the positioning by using a skull phantom. First, we changed the angle of the phantom positioning and expose the phantom. Then, we detected an organ from the radiographic image and calculated the perimeter and the area of the detected organ. We constructed an image database which is related to the phantom positioning and the radiographic image obtained by its positioning. This image database may help the students understand the basic anatomy as shown on the radiographic image in various positioning as a teaching material. It is expected that our teaching material is useful for radiographic practice of the positioning techniques. |
