Gain Characteristics Variation by Input Unbalance for Multi-Stage Differential Amplifier

(in English) Gain characteristic variation by input power unbalance is investigated for emitter grounded type differential amplifier. It is shown by simulated and measured results that a differential amplifier having a resistor feed is superior to that having an inductor feed in terms of gain characteristic. The fabricated five-stage differential amplifier having resistor feed achieves the linear gain of 29.8dB and the P1dB of 14.8dBm.
