In the last report, the possibility of an oxygen sensor using piezoelectric device was described. In this paper, the measuring device was proposed, and measured the property of an oxygen permeability filter using dry air, oxygen, and carbon dioxide. From the results, it can be found that AT-cut quartz crystal is good device for the gasses sensing and carbon dioxide permeates the polyethylene filter but for oxygen. Consequently, it can be said that we need to select a proper oxygen permeability filter. |
