モデルを用いて一対の屈筋・伸筋系ダイナミクスを明らかにしたい場合,単一の筋における収縮力学的特性の解明は不可欠である.筋長変化が大きい場合の力学特性は明確には示されておらず,特に下降脚領域(筋長が自然長より長い領域)において収縮筋を短縮させたときに関しては,十分にはわかっていない.本研究では,下降脚領域において等尺性収縮中のカエルの半腱様筋を短縮させ,短縮量と張力の最終値の関係を調べた.同様に筋を伸長させた場合についても調べた.本研究から,(1)張力の最終値は筋長変化前の等尺性張力よりも大きな値をとること,(2)筋長変化量の増大に伴い張力の最終値は増加することがわかった.また,得られた特性は,一対の屈筋・伸筋系のモデル構築において重要となることを示唆した. |

It is indispensable to clarify the dynamic properties of a single muscle in order to understand a dynamics of a flexor-extensor muscle pair. However, these properties in the case of a larger change of a muscle length were not shown clearly. Especially, in the descending limb (a region where the muscle length is longer than the optimal length), when a muscle is shortened during an isometric contraction its properties were not fully clear. In this study, by using a semitendinosus muscle of a frog, the relationship between the final force after the shortening and the shortening length in the descending limb was examined. The examination was also performed in the case of the stretching. It was clarified as follows: 1) the value of the final force was greater than the isometric force at an initial length; 2) the value of the final force increased with an increasing the amount of shortening/stretching. These properties obtained from this study were important points to construct the model considering the flexor-extensor muscle pair. |
