In this report, first results about retrospective 4D MR tagged imaging with respiratory monitoring system usingan optical displacement sensor is described. In single measurement, stripe tag-pattern was generated perpendicular to the readout direction. Three different field-of-views were arranged to comprehend tag-pattern deformation within a short-axis planeand along the long-axis direction, and imaging was iterated 10 times in each field-of-view. Retrospective off-line reconstruction using respiratory monitor data and MRI raw data was carried out with different respiratory-gating conditions. The results showed that, on images using more than 60% raw data, sufficiently high tag-contrast is maintained during a whole cardiac cycle. |
