Currently, various curative medication such as L-DOPA agent and anticholinergic agent is taken for tremor disorder such as Parkinson’s Disease and Essential Tremor. It’s depends on doctor’s subjective evaluation to decide kinds of curative medicines and these dosages. Therefore, establishment of an objective index to evaluate a severity of tremor is necessary. In this study the tremor evaluation system by tracing a spiral pattern on the pen tablet was developed. After pre-experiment was conducted by healthy students in advance, experiment was conducted by patients with tremor disorder. As a result, it indicated that this system way evaluate muscle fatigue of healthy students and severity of tremor of patients with tremor disorder in particular Essential tremor. |
