Resource Assignment and Relay Tree Construction Scheme Based on Users' Demands of Quaity for Real-Time Communication with Multi-User

(in English) For real-time communication with multi-user like video conference, it is needed to assign bandwidth according to network’s situation. Also, it is desired to control network’s bandwidth according to users’ demands. Thus, we propose the method to assign resource of transferred data dynamically and construct application level multicast trees which guarantee the delay permissible limit.
