A Study on Channel Estimation Technique using Carrier Interferometry for MIMO-OFDM Systems

(in English) This paper proposes a channel estimation technique for the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) - orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems based on the dynamic parameter controlled - orthogonal frequency and time division multiple access (DPC-OF/TDMA) systems. In the proposed scheme, to estimate the channel state information (CSI) with high accuracy, we employ the carrier interferometry (CI) which has the orthogonality in the time domain as a proposed pilot signal. Moreover, we descriminate the inpuluse response from each transmit antenna branch using the time-domain-multiplexed CI signal and the time window. Computer simulation confirms that the proposed scheme can estimate the CSI with high accuracy by averaging it over three pilot signals.
