A study and proposal on a control for annoying communications

(in English) In this article, begining with targeted risks considerations, we try to arrange network control for reducing annoying feeling to highlight a direction of coming networking research. In addition, though the targeted risks are limited to spams which send to many users indiscriminately and warm/virus which will have a bad influence to receivers' equipments, a method under study for annoying communication control is proposed. It uses the similarity between the communications and the whole network runs dispersively for controlling the amount of annoying communication. The characteristics of operation, transient property, effectiveness, and the problems will be discussed based on the simulation results.
