Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In OFDM system, a cyclic prefix of the OFDM signal is inserted into the guard interval(GI) to remove the adverse effect of multi-path signal. The length of GI that considered an exceptional long delay path is necessary, so that it can be a large data of over-head. In this paper, we propose the Block-OFDM system that assumes time division multiplex pilot symbol at the head of a frame and inserted GI only in the front of pilot symbol. In Block OFDM system, influences of channel are estimated with pilot symbol and the results are interpolated. Using interpolated the results of estimating channel influence, it can be equalized data symbol not inserted GI. We evaluate the transmission performance between the Block-OFDM and the conventional OFDM by simulation and report about it.
