(in English) A simple clock extraction method from high speed optical NRZ signals using a $\pi--$phase shifted fiber Bragg grating is proposed. This method makes the clock signal extraction from high speed optical NRZ signals simple. Our analytical and experimental results show that the proposed method works fine. In addition, some computer simulation results explainig the issues of the proposed method and its solutions are also described.
