A fixed monitoring camera image processing method satisfying both privacy protection and object recognition

(in English) We propose an image processing method in which protects the privacy of moving objects and reconstructs images processed. This method makes it impossible that we recognize the moving objects in image by image processing. This method reconstructs the moving objects by reservation in watermarking. These processes require passwords at coding and encoding. The recognition by watermarking offers high quality image of the moving objects.
