Stochastic dynamics of the genetic regulatory system

(in English) It is important to analyze the temporal variation of the number of the proteins in the genetic regulation system. Furthermore, since the average number of the repressor protein is of the order of 100, the thermal noise is also the essential factor in the dynamics of the proteins. Therefore, we should analyze the regulation system from the viewpoint of the stochastic dynamics of the number of the repressor proteins. In this report, we have investigated the stochastic version of McAdams\& Arkin's genetic regulation model, which is theoreticaly tractable.
