Development of Web-based 3-D Computer Graphics modeling of the physical loads for the movement to select acupuncture points

(in English) Motion of human being is based on the reciprocal relationships of multiple joint movements. It enables us to perform body movement from a fine motion in manual labor to a dynamic motion in sport. Abnormality of a single joint movement exercises its influence over multiple joints, and causes to diminish an athletic ability. The physical loads to find abnormality of multiple joint movements has been systematized on the basis of Oriental Medicine. In this study, we developed a three-dimensional Computer Graphics modeling of human movement coupled with the selection of the acupuncture point suitable to remedy the abnormal motion. We provided more insight that we could guide the selection of acupuncture points based on abnormality of motion through website.
