Temperature Characteristics of a Electret Condenser Microphone

(in English) Electret condenser microphones (ECMs) are used widely after 1985 years by the diffusion of the electrification telephone, and a low voltage drive and improvement such as high sensitivity, temperature stability and vibration characteristics were performed. Recently miniature ECMs for the mobile are developed for the cellular phone, and the microphone is demanded to communicate stable in anytime anywhere. An evaluation method about the temperature dependence of acoustic characteristics of ECM is proposed, and this report refers to the temperature dependence of the dominant parameter which the sensitivity of the microphone is being decided , and reported about the design method of the microphone that a temperature characteristic is stable.
