A study on channel estimation for DPC-OF/TDMA systems

(in English) In DPC-OF/TDMA systems, total system band which consists of 1024 subcarriers is divided into several subchannel blocks every 64 subcarriers, and each mobile stataion (MS) can use several subchannel blocks according to the size and the service of MS. In this case, it is important that each MS can estimate the channel state corresponding to the number of used subchannel blocks with common pilot signal in downlink. This paper proposes the channel estimation technique which enables MS to estimate the channel state of used subcarriers regardless of the number of subchannel blocks used by MS.
