In order for the project to be successful, it is also necessary to set management objectives based on software development plan and confirm that they are achieved. The method of progress management using PERT Diagram does not take the situation utilizing resources required to project into consideration. When a project has many workers and parallel processes, it is difficult for project managers to grasp progress of processes completely. Therefore, the authors proposed a method for analyzing repercussions caused by process delay on progress, in order to support a project manager, and a new calculation method of EAC (Estimate At Completion) considering constraints included in software develop project. |
