Implementation and Evaluation of Spatial Control Platform System for IP Mobility Control

(in English) Advanced IP mobility support technologies are indispensable for the next generation mobile communication system. We propose the spatial control concept that considers spatial allocations of Access Routers or Access Points. It is a scheme to improve IP mobility support, such as efficient location registration and seamless handover. In this paper, we present a style of system architecture, interactions between its components, and an implementation of n-casting, which is a typical spatial control technique, based on the spatial control platform. The experimental results indicate that the performance of our system can satisfy the requirements of mobility controls in general communication environment.
