(in English) In data communication, in order for two or more nodes to share a transmission medium, various media access methods are used, such as TDMA, polling, and CSMA. In this paper, the central control method is proposed which enables to distribute transmission bandwidth of medium efficiently and dynamically, according to the amount of transmission data of a node.
