(in English) This paper presents problems of the switching converter of extremely low voltage and high current, which is necessary for the present-day IC technology. Discussions are given to the high-frequency switching technology, the distributed power architecture and the synchronous rectifier. Especially it is pointed out that there exists a limitation in the voltage ripple determined by the ESR of the output capacitor. In the synchronous rectifier, a mechanism of self-turn on phenomena is explained and show that a surge voltage is appeared by high slew rate of the load current and by the effect of ESL.
