The Internet appeared mostly fro dozens years, and rapid deployment is shown. The security problem on the e-government, e-commerce and so on is becoming the significant viewpoint. The PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) that is based on public key encryption is being worthy of note. Many countries in the world are developing the basic PKI infrastructure and the technologies to use PKI. In China, the construction of PKI is under developing and, especially the mutual recognition between maintenance and each CA of the law in the examination organization, and electronic authentication about CA is become the big problem. We interest in the development of PKI in China, observing on policy side, law side, and technical side. In this paper, we will try to show some proposals for PKI in China to compare with the present status of PKI in advanced nations such as Canada and so on. |
