Safety confirmation systems which use a cellular phone and the Internet are proposed. However, it is difficult to do safety confirmation by using these systems in large-scale disasters, because the communication which
uses the cable infrastructure become in trouble, such as congestion. We propose safety confirmation system which use Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork (MANET) which is built by all disaster victims at disaster-stricken area instead of the cable infrastructure. |
