Output Voltage Hold Type Cascade Converter

(in English) Risks of system failures through drops in output voltage of power supply as result of momentary interruption of input power and other disturbances that accompany high speed/large capacity telecommunications equipment pose as important obstacles. In general,electric double layer capacitors,lead storage batteries,and aluminum electrolytic capacitors,have been used as a counter measure in the prevention of momentary output voltage dips. We examine an output voltage instantaneous cascade circuit which makes use of simple to maintain aluminum electrolytic capacitors for the prevention of momentary output voltage dip in power supplies. This paper compares the special characteristics of the start up time for the direct rectification power supply and constant current circuit that has been added to the main cascade circuit,
the special qualities of the output voltage hold time and also the marking it beneficial for the miniaturization of the main cascade circuit.
