(in English) This paper proposes a method of transforming system Availability algorithyms into Failure Frequency algorithms. This method is based on a matrix approach in which we use a 2 by 2 matrix consisting of 0, Availability, and Failure Frequency in an appropreate manner. The transformation time is linear relative to the original Availability algorithm case. Therefore, the proposed method achieves high computation problem from the computation complexity aspect. Since, all the well-used measures in the field of reliability engineering are easily obtained from Availability and Failure Frequency, all the problems of computing reliability measures are reduced to only Availability computation problem.
