Effects of ELF Magnetic Fields on Cultured Osteoblast Cells by ImSpector System

(in English) It is reported that the magnetic field exposure is for fracture healing of the intractable, and it is shown experimentally that the biofunction in which the calcium ion is concerned is affected. In this study, the effects of sine wave alternating current magnetic field in the ELF region on the osteoblast was probed using the spectral diffraction image microscope system, and the basic action mechanism was examined. Using insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) which is the factor shoulders the important role for growth and differentiation of the cells, the difference between the effect by exposure was examined with these drug effects to the osteoblasts. The effect which the cell receives in cencer and periferal regions of the Schale in which the induced current density differs was compared in order to examine the effect of the induced current which arises in the Shale by fluctuation magnetic fields.
