Bifurcations in a circadian osillator model with periodic force

(in English) Mathematical models for circadian rhythms originating from genetic
regulatory process have much investigated for understanding mechanisms
of endogenous oscillations in living organisms. We calculate
bifurcations of a circadian oscillator model with either sinusoidal
wave or rectangular pulse train, and investigate qualitative
similarities and differences between two types of forced dynamical
systems in the viewpoint of bifurcations.
