You can choose either "Credit Card" or "Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)" for payment during the application. Please note that if we cannot confirm your payment by February 29, 2024 (Thursday), your application will be canceled.
【Notes for Bank Transfer】
Bank transfers are facilitated through GMO Payment Gateway, and the recipient bank is GMO Aozora Net Bank. This method is available for payments made within Japan only. Please note that the payment procedure page is also available only in Japanese.
Payment is only accepted by credit card.
Please make your audience participation fee payment promptly after applying. The payment deadline for the Audience participation fee during the first application period is February 29, 2024 (Thursday) (strictly adhered to). For Audience participation fees during the second application period, only credit card payment will be accepted. Please make your payment well in advance to ensure you can download the participation ticket. Note that we do not accept cancellations after payment, even if you are unable to attend the conference.
From this conference, we will be using the Conference Participation Application System (Confit) for Audience participation applications. If you do not have a Confit account, please register for one.

Invoices and receipts for the Audience participation fee can be obtained from your Confit My Page. We do not send them by mail.
Participation certificate can be downloaded from the Conference Participation Application System (Confit). However, they are only available for those whose payment has been confirmed. Please make sure to print your participation certificate in advance and bring it with you to the conference venue.
