Takatomo Enoki

Takatomo Enoki

To sustain development in fields such as communications and energy, we must break through the limitations of conventional technologies. Technology developments for safety and security in medical and food systems are also important themes for Japan as a forerunner of emerging issues. In order to meet the challenges, new value creations through the unification of technologies and fusion between different fields, in addition to the further development of individual technologies are strongly required. Moreover, the role of this society, in encouraging freedom and creativity among research engineers, the emergence or co-creation of new ideas becomes significant. It is very important for young and experienced research engineers to energize the society speedily and with freedom though forecasting future technology trends and exchanging their information. I have been unexpectedly appointed a candidate for the President-elect of the Electronics Society. I will make my best effort to energize and progress the society with respect to my above-stated ambitions.
