[Statement]

In the 2030s, the era of 6G will bring not only advancements in communication technologies―such as high-speed, large-capacity transmission, low latency, and massive connectivity―but also an increasing emphasis on smart networks utilizing AI and on sustainability initiatives. Additionally, AI agents and physical AI will be widely adopted, necessitating the development of networks capable of supporting their advanced functionalities. In response to these changes, the academic society is expected to further strengthen its role as a platform for industry-academia-government collaboration, promoting research across a broad range of new technologies and advancing standardization efforts. Drawing on my extensive experience in research and development related to communication networks, I aim to contribute to the society’s activities by supporting the development of young engineers and expanding collaboration across diverse fields. With a forward-looking perspective toward creating new value, I am committed to contributing to the society’s growth through proactive planning and implementation. Thank you very much for your attention.
